About our privacy policy Dajema ICT Solutions cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and are careful with the information that we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services of Dajema ICT Solutions.

About the data processing

Webshop software Prestashop

Our webshop is developed with software from Prestashop. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. Prestashop has access to your data to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Prestashop is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Prestashop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Prestashop reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the service.

E-mail Yourhosting BV

We use the services of Yourhosting BV for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Yourhosting BV does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially. YourHosting BV has a duty of confidentiality with regard to personal data.

Payment processors Mollie 

We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and within this framework (anonymous) data with third parties. All the above guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie will not store your data for longer than is permitted by law. 

Reviews WebwinkelKeur 

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur can contact you to give an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Shipping and logistics DHL / PostNL 

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL and PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and location with DHL or PostNL. DHL and PostNL will only use this information for the execution of the agreement. In the event that DHL or PostNL engages subcontractors, DHL and PostNL will also make your data available to these parties. 

Invoicing and Accounting Invoice2Go 

We use the services of Invoice2Go for our administration and bookkeeping. We share your name, address and location and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. We sell (part of) our products through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform, Bol.com will share your order and personal data with us. Vortho

Dajema is for Vortho because of ICT support and web design a sub-processor of personal data, if necessary these will not be kept longer than the legal deadlines. We treat all personal data confidentially.

Purpose of the data processing

General purpose of processing 

We use your data exclusively for the purposes of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give us. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later date, other than at your request, we will ask you for your explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation. 

Automatically collected data 

Data that is automatically collected by our website are processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This information (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data. 

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations 

In appropriate cases, Dajema ICT Solutions may be required by law to share your data in connection with fiscal or criminal investigations by the government. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us. 

Storage periods 

We store your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a forgetful request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we must store invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will store this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your order.

We keep records of completed requests; in the event of a forgetful request, we administer anonymous data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at the e-mail address we have known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

You always have the right to have the data that we process (or have processed) and that relate to or are traceable to your person, carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies of all data about you that we have processed or have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address we have known to us. In such a case, it is likely that we will no longer be able to continue providing the service, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed. 

Right of objection and other rights 

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Dajema ICT Solutions. If you object, we will immediately cease processing the data pending the settlement of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will make available to you copies of data that we process (or have processed) and then cease processing permanently. You also have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in such a way that this right applies.
