We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the defect has persisted. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will provide free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to let us know if you have any complaints first by sending an e-mail to [the webshop's e-mail address]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
"You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited. Only the costs of returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order."
